Strong on Trump’s State of the Union Address: “When America is First, America Prospers”

WASHINGTON — Representative Dale Strong released the following statement after President Trump’s State of the Union Speech:  

“President Trump presented the facts to the American people, and the message was clear: when America is first, America prospers.   

"Trump’s leadership focuses squarely on America First policies that are lowering costs for American families and restoring strength at home and abroad — a stark contrast from the Biden administration.  

While inflation and mortgage rates soared to record highs under Biden, under Trump, inflation is falling, and mortgage rates are at a three-year low. Gas prices are at four-year lows, private-sector jobs are growing, and working families are benefiting from historic tax cuts. America has returned to common sense and its core values. The state of the union is strong and getting stronger.”
