WASHINGTON — Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed Representative Dale W. Strong’s (AL-05) amendment during consideration of the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
The amendment requires the Secretary of Defense to provide Congress with and execute a plan to transfer or donate unused border wall construction materials to U.S. southern border states that will use them for border wall construction.
