WASHINGTON — Congressman Dale W. Strong (R-AL), along with Congressmen David Kustoff (R-TN) and Tracey Mann (R-KS), today introduced the Winter Oilseed Study Act of 2024 in the House of Representatives. This legislation would request that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Risk Management Agency (RMA) conduct a study investigating the gap in crop insurance coverage for double-crop grown winter oilseeds, such as canola.

“I am proud to return $18.5 million in taxpayer dollars back to Alabama’s Fifth District. These dollars will go directly into improving critical infrastructure and public safety across North Alabama.

WASHINGTON — Representative Dale W. Strong’s legislation, H.R. 3357, the “Protecting America’s Agricultural Land from Foreign Harm Act,” has been included in the Republican Study Committee’s (RSC) Countering Communist China Act:
